The program offers attendees an opportunity to learn about recent innovations across all areas of eye care. Courses will cover both clinical and surgical options with a special emphasis in emerging diagnostics treatments and techniques. Anterior segment presentations will include the incorporating advanced dry eye care in practice treatment of ocular allergy and premium surgical planning and outcome management. Posterior segment courses will cover minimally invasive surgical techniques for glaucoma care and pre- and post-operative considerations for ophthalmic laser use. Systemic disease courses will discuss the effects of autoimmune disease and the eye as well as the most commonly prescribed oral medications prescribed in an optometric practice.
