- Although often a quick, routine addition to our schedule, a "pink eye" presentation to a layperson can end up being anything from viral conjunctivitis to iritis to high pressure to devastating orbital cellulitis. Due to varying etiologies, the examination, differential diagnoses, and treatment regimens vary. In this lecture, an ophthalmology referral center optometrist and pharmacist will walk the attendee through diagnostic criteria and treatment protocols for a wide range of unilateral and bilateral "pink" eye.
