Description:
This course will cover the latest diagnostics and treatments for eyelid margin disease, including MGD, Demodex Blepharitis, and Rosacea. We will look at new diagnostic technology for their utility in measuring lipid disorders of the ocular surface. In addition, the clinical exam and microscopic identification of Demodex will also be reviewed. New instruments for the treatment of the meibomian glands will be discussed as well as other novel instruments for eyelid related conditions.
