- Description:
- This course discusses management of pediatric eye disease cases including ocular allergy, acute and chronic infection, and trauma, as well as glaucoma, blunt trauma, uveitis congenital cataract and nasolacrimal duct obstruction. Case-based discussion will be integrated with evidence-based practice and recent research results. Aspects of therapeutic use of topical ophthalmic drugs that are unique to the pediatric population will be emphasized.
